This is another of my OC Villains I've been designing for some while now! 

Name: Gelida Tempest (Frozen Storm)
Species: Windigo 
Eyes: Pale blue
Mane/Tale: Pale blue, green, some purple
Abilities: Creates frozen and cold storms, she possesses Windigo magic and is the founder of most spells, has the ability to morph into 2 forms: her pony form (above) and her spirit form. her spirit form allows her to disappear, fly, phase through objects. 
She also has the ability to posses ponies in her spirit form which makes it easier to form mean relationships.

Gelida is the queen of the Windigos and as any royal monarch should, she looks out for her subjects. Windigos feed on Hatred, the more hatred there is the more stronger her army is. So Gelida spreads the hatred. but ever since the elements of Harmony its been harder to cause such remorse. back before Equestria was founded i was easier to feed her subjects. Now she must strain to cause hate, she is known to manipulate ponies to believe they are better than any other pony, which causes they to hate others or think poorly of them which will cause hate anyways!
