Governor John Ratcliffe

the 7th villain to my Villain Fest is the selfish,  Governor Ratcliffe from Pocahontas!

again he is not a favorite of mine i mean he is just annoying XD 
anyways I made him a griffon, the reason behind that is..... well for fun
his griffon structure is based off an american bald eagle and a black panther. I made his hair to be a wig because back then any reasonable man in power wore a wig XD
